Hilton Quanzhou Riverside Opens in China’s Fujian Province

DSC_0782Hilton Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of a new property in the Fujian Province of China. The Hilton Quanzhou Riverside is the first Hilton hotel in Fujian, as well as the hotel company’s 100th property in Greater China.

The property has 296 guestrooms and suites, each at least 430 square feet (40 square meters) in size. The hotel offers a heated indoor pool with underwater speakers, as well as steam rooms and a 24-hour fitness center.

Guests can dine at any of the hotel’s three restaurants, including Kitchencraft, an all-day venue that offers Western and Asian cuisine; Gu Xiang, a Chinese restaurant specializing in Minnan and Cantonese dishes; and the Horizon, which features afternoon tea and local snacks.

The hotel has 31,645 square feet (2,940 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 14,725-square-foot (1,368-square-meter) grand ballroom, a boardroom, and seven meeting rooms.

In celebration of the hotel’s opening, Hilton is offering members of its Honors loyalty program the chance to earn 1,000 bonus points per night for stays through June 24.
