American and JetBlue’s Northeast Alliance Adds 6 Flights, Increases Frequency of 21 Others

American Airlines and JetBlue Airways announced six new routes and additional frequencies in 21 markets in the United States as part of their Northeast Alliance.
The Northeast Alliance was launched in February of this year.

JetBlue Launches New Service Linking San Antonio to Boston and New York City

JetBlue Airways said it had launched new service linking San Antonio International Airport in Texas to New York’s John F. Kennedy International and Boston Logan International airports.
The first flights from the two East coast cities landed Sunday afternoon.

A man traveling on a JetBlue flight from Boston to San Juan, Puerto Rico, went on a rampage that included attempting to storm the cockpit, and kicking and strangling flight attendants, an FBI affidavit shows.

Cape Air Plane Crashes on Landing in Provincetown

A Cape Air aircraft crashed on landing at Provincetown Municipal Airport late last week.
All six passengers and the one crew member on board the Cesna 402C survived, albeit with injuries, some severe.
The airline confirmed the crash.
“Cape Air confirms that all six passengers and one crew from Flight 2072 are being transferred by ambulance to Cape Cod Hospital,” the airline said in a statement.
