Hilton announced the Double Your HHonors promotion. Under the promotion, Hilton HHonors members will have the chance to earn Double HHonors Points or Double Airline Miles for qualified hotel stays, between January 7 and March 31, 2013.

Hilton Increases Requirements for Gold and Diamond Status
Hilton has upped the requirements for its Hilton HHonors members to achieve Gold or Diamond status. The changes will go into effect beginning January 1, 2013.
The new qualifications will require Hilton HHonors members to complete 20 stays, 40 nights, or accrue 75,000 Base Points during a year in order to achieve a Gold status. The previous requirements were 16 stays, 36 nights, or 60,000 Base Points.
