JetBlue to Increase Frequency on New York-Havana Route

DSC_1564JetBlue Airways, in partnership with Cuba Travel Services, announced that it plans to add a second weekly flight to its service between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and José Martí International Airport International Airport in Havana, Cuba on December 1. The additional flight is scheduled to operate on Tuesdays.

Currently, JetBlue operates one flight a week between the two cities, on Fridays.

Through its charter partners, JetBlue offers service to Havana from JFK, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as well as service to Santa Clara, Cuba from Tampa.

Cuba Travel Services currently offers weekly nonstop charter flights between the United States and the Cuban cities of Havana, Cienfuegos, Camaguey, Santa Clara, and Santiago de Cuba. Along with JetBlue, the charter operator provides service through flights operated by American Airlines and Sun Country Airlines.
