Marriott Expanding SPG Keyless Mobile Check-In Availability

IMG_3110Marriott Hotels and Resorts announced that it is expanding the SPG Keyless mobile check-in feature to an additional 22 properties that were formerly under the Starwood umbrella prior to the merger.

To use mobile check-in, the SPG member must answer affirmatively to a notification sent two to three days prior to arrival asking if he would like to use the feature. On the day of arrival, once the room is ready for the guest, he will receive an alert on the app.

SPG Keyless is available at all Aloft, W, and Element hotels and also at select Four Points by Sheraton, Westin, Sheraton, and Le Meridien properties.

Meanwhile, earlier in the week in the Marriott app, the hotelier added new functionality that includes the ability to edit room preferences, personal information in the membership profile, and access local customers service telephone numbers.
