Element Basalt Aspen Valley Hotel to Open in Colorado

Starwood announced it will open a new Element hotel in Basalt, Colorado, in August 2015.  The Element Basalt Aspen Valley will be located near Aspen and Snowmass Village, Colorado, two well-known ski towns.

The hotel will have 113 studios and one-bedroom suites, each with flatscreen TVs, custom-designed closets, modular furniture, and fully equipped kitchens.  Meanwhile, bathrooms will have rain showers.

The property will also have a 24-hour fitness center, a pool and hot tub, and 626 square feet (58 square meters) of meeting and event space.  In addition, the hotel will also offer complimentary bikes to guests, who may use them to explore the surrounding area.

Guests will have access to Wi-Fi at no charge throughout the entire property.  For dining options, the hotel will have complimentary breakfast in the mornings, as well as salon bar carts with wines, beers, soft drinks, and snacks available after hours.

The Element Basalt Aspen Valley will be built in the new Willis Town Center, a sustainable mixed-use community, with easy access to the nearby shops, restaurants, residences, and offices.
