Hyatt announced the completion of a $15 million renovation project at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. The work began in November of last year.

Hyatt announced that it will open a hotel in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in January 2015. The hotel will be a Hyatt Regency.
The Hyatt Regency Tashkent will have 300 guestrooms, including 44 suites. There will also be two restaurants, a bar, and over 12,916 square feet (1,200 square meters) of meeting and event space.

The Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow announced the addition of several new Park Suites to its room roster.
The new two-room suites aim to provide a sophisticated, yet homey experience for guests. The suites are between 70 to 90 square meters (753 to 968 square feet) and furnished with oak, leather, and marble. The bath area has a heated floor, twin sinks, and Blaise Mautin shampoo and lotions.
