The Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York opened its doors to guests Friday.
The 400-key, eight-story property is located near the airport and offers a variety of amenities including a fitness center, gaming areas, meeting rooms, and what the hotel terms “a soaring lobby” suited for events and musical performances. The lobby connects directly to the Resorts World New York City casino.

Hyatt Hotels announced financial results for the first quarter of 2021.
The hotel chain reported a net loss of $304 million amidst the coronavirus pandemic-induced decline in travel.
Revenue for the first three months of the year was $438 million, down 55.9%.
