Hyatt Hotels and Resorts announced the acquisition of Miraval, a leading spa operator.

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of a new Hyatt Regency in Fuzhou, China. The Hyatt Regency Fuzhou Cangshan is the first of the brand’s properties to open in China’s Fujian Province.

Hyatt Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of a new property in Cartagena, Colombia. The Hyatt Regency Cartagena is the first of the company’s hotels to open in the South American country.
