Hilton announced it will open a new hotel in Miami Beach this summer. The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach will be located at 6261 Collins Avenue, at the former site of the Allison Hotel.

Comprised of a 10-story main building and a six-story cabana-style building, the new hotel will have 219 guestrooms and 12 suites, each with a 42” flat screen TV, work desk, and minibar. Standard guestrooms will be more than 376 square feet (35 square meters) in size, and all rooms and suites will offer complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access.

The property will also house a restaurant serving traditional French cuisine, two outdoor pools with food and beverage service, a 24-hour fitness center, and a business center. In addition, the hotel will have a 2,000-square-foot (186-square-meter) outdoor event venue, and guests will be able book private events in the restaurant and outdoor pool spaces.

The Hilton Cabana Miami Beach will be situated on 119 feet (36 meters) of private beachfront property. The hotel will be located within walking distance of many shopping, dining, and nightlife venues, and will be in close proximity to the Port of Miami and the Miami Convention Center.  It will be located 13 miles (21 kilometers) north of Miami International Airport, and 19 miles (31 kilometers) south of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.

When the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach opens, Hilton will celebrate its debut by offering members of its Hilton HHonors loyalty program 1,000 bonus points per night for weekday stays completed at the hotel through December 19.
