Delta Air Lines announced the start of new daily, non-stop service between Seattle and Seoul, South Korea.  The service operates using Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

Flights depart Seattle-Tacoma International Airport at 12:18 p.m. and arrive at Incheon International Airport in Seoul at 3:35 p.m. the next day.  Flights from Seoul to Seattle depart at 5:20 p.m. and arrive at 12:04 p.m. the same day.

Delta’s 767-300ER aircraft that are used to operate the route are equipped with 35 lie-flat seats in BusinessElite, 32 seats in Economy Comfort, Delta’s premium economy section, and 143 seats in economy.  Seats in BusinessElite are 21” wide, and have a pitch of approximately 80”.

The service is the fourth non-stop international route that Delta has added from Seattle in the past year, including flights to London Heathrow, Shanghai Pudong, and Tokyo Haneda.  The airline also plans to begin new non-stop service from Seattle to Hong Kong on June 16.
