The weekend is a great time to catch up with news as well as to recharge. Here are five carefully curated features from the past week we think you’ll want to read.

.) Jonathan Spira visits Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport, a major European hub and the fifth busiest airport in the world. Highlights include Holland Boulevard, which runs the length of the terminal, an airport library, and an annex of the Rijksmuseum displaying Dutch Golden Age paintings.

.) Paul Riegler gives a tour of London Heathrow Airport’s newly opened Terminal 2, known as the Queen’s Terminal. The terminal officially opened on June 4, and will eventually become the home of all Star Alliance airlines.

.) Jesse Sokolow visits the recently renovated Millennium Hotel Minneapolis in Minnesota. The hotel overlooks the city’s central and lively Nicollet Mall, and provides easy access to the iconic Minneapolis Skyway System.

.) Daniel Berg reviews Roundabout Theatre Company’s 2014 revival Cabaret, directed by Sam Mendes and starring Alan Cumming and Michelle Williams. Cumming reprises his Tony-award winning performance as the Emcee, while the show is Ms. Williams’ Broadway debut as Sally Bowles.

.) Read our comprehensive guide on how to step off your flight well rested. Sleeping on planes more of an art than exact science, but adjusting to a time zone change, wearing comfortable clothing, and choosing your food and drinks carefully can go a long way.
