Aeromexico announced the addition of three weekly flights to its existing Mexico City-Madrid service.  The additional flights will operate using Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft and will start in May.  The airline will also begin to operate its London flights with the Dreamliner around the same time.

The additional flights depart Madrid at 11:30 p.m. and arrive in Mexico City at 5:05 a.m.  From Mexico City, flights depart at 11:50 p.m. and arrive in Madrid at 5:10 p.m.

The three new flights are in addition to the airline’s existing seven weekly flights between the two cities, which operate using Boeing 777 aircraft, while the three additional flights use Boeing 787 Dreamliners.

The Mexico City-London Heathrow flights will gain more seating thanks to the addition of the larger Dreamliner aircraft.

Aeromexico’s 787 Dreamliners are outfitted with 243 seats, including 32 lie-flat seats in first class.  The airline first began using the Dreamliner on its Mexico City-Paris route last October.
