Marriott to Open New Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels in Thailand

Bildschirmfoto 2013-02-15 um 20.44Marriott announced plans to open seven hotels in Thailand in conjunction with TCC Hotels Group. Marriott will take over management of two existing properties and will build five new ones between now and 2016.

The two existing hotels, the Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel, Bangkok and the Imperial Adamas Phuket Beach Resort will become the Bangkok Marriott Hotel Queen’s Park and  Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Nai Yang Beach respectively.

Brand new properties include the HuaHun Marriot Resort & Spa; Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa, Jomtien Beach; JW Marriott Pattaya Resort & Spa; Marriott Hotel & Executive Apartments, Bangkok Surawong; and The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok.

TCC Hotels Group will renovate the Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel, Bangkok and the Imperial Adamas Phuket Beach Resort before they are rebranded as Marriott properties.  The partnership with TCC will add 3,000 rooms to Marriott’s portfolio in Thailand.
