The United Kingdom opened its ePassport gates, or e-gates, to travelers from the United States and Canada.
The list of countries whose citizens are now eligible to use the e-gates, also includes Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea.

Low-cost Canadian carrier WestJet announced additional routes for its new fleet of Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.

Canadian low-cost carrier WestJet launched its new Dreamliner service from Calgary to London’s Gatwick Airport Sunday evening.
The inaugural flight, WS1, departed Calgary International Airport at 7:29 p.m. local time and touched down at Gatwick Airport at 11:11 a.m. local time, arriving at the gate at 11:18.

Jet Airways, an Indian airline, cancelled all of its international flights on Thursday as well as multiple short-haul routes.
