Delta Plans More Flights to China

Delta Air Lines announced it will add two weekly flights to Shanghai following the announcement by the U.S. Department of Transportation and China’s aviation authority that the two nations will double the number of round-trip flights permitted between the two nations.
Delta currently operates two round-trip flights to Shanghai, via Seoul, each week.  It will increase that figure to four by adding flights from Seattle and Detroit.

The United States and China announced plans to double the amount of flights that each nation’s airline will be permitted to operate per week between the two countries.

Delta Air Lines said it will expand its current coronavirus testing program to encompass all employees.   The airline has tested roughly half of its workforce up to this point in time.

Delta Air Lines said that 17,000 employees had opted for what it termed a “voluntary departure package.”

Delta Partners with Lysol to Increase Safety in the Air

Delta Air Lines announced a partnership with the maker of Lysol disinfectant.
The Atlanta-based airline will work with Reckitt Benckiser, a British consumer products company that makes Lysol, to improve Delta CareStandard protocols launched in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic.
