‘Dangerously Hot’ Weather with Record-Breaking Temperatures to Hit  in Northeast, While Snow Continues to Fall in the Rockies

As many as 19 states could break or tie temperature records this weekend as a “large dome of heat” moves from the South to the East Coast and up into the Northeast, the National Weather service said.
The weather will be “dangerously hot across the east,” the agency said in a statement on Saturday, with temperatures at or above 90° F (32° C).

United Airlines announced on Tuesday what it termed the largest expansion in its history.
