Fraport Sees Passenger Increase for January

Fraport AG, the operator of Frankfurt Airport, announced traffic figures for January 2018.
Passenger traffic was approximately 4.55 million passengers for the month, a 7.6% increase from January 2017.
Frankfurt Airport also reported a 1.3% year-over-year increase in cargo tonnage for August, with 170,686 metric tons of cargo passing through the facility.
In addition, Fraport said the number of aircraft movements for the month increased by 8.6% year-over-year to 36,816 takeoffs and landing.
