InterContinental Hotels Reflags Former Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo Seafort as ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay Following Extension Refurbishments

InterContinental Hotels Group announced the reflagging of the Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo Seafort as the ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay. Located in Shinagawa Ward in Tokyo, the property opened its doors to guest in late April. The Dai-ichi property closed in early 2023 before undergoing extensive renovations.

The Shinagawa area is an exciting destination in and of itself, with historic sites, attractions including an aquarium, and excellent restaurants, and the waterfront Tennozu Isle area lends itself perfectly for exploring.

The 132-key property offers panoramic views of the Tokyo Bay waterfront and is close to Tokyo Station, a main transportation hub.  All guest rooms offer views of the bay, soft lighting, and feature an earth tone décor punctuated by creams and light grey tones.

Guests can enjoy the modern open lobby as a place to relax and have tea with friends or be used as a place of business. Other unique aspects of the property include the tranquil the tranquil Library Lounge, an around-the-clock snack and drink counter, and a fitness center.

The ANA Holiday Inn has five unique meeting spaces that can accommodate between ten and 300 guests. The largest – the Golden Palm – is on the third floor, offers advanced audio-visual equipment, and is suitable for large banquets, while the smallest, the Seaside Pearl, hosts ten guests and is perfect for smaller meetings.
