Rosewood Hotels and Resorts announced that it will offer sleep-focused retreats in at least 20 of its properties with a goal of helping guests gain the skills required to get a better night’s sleep after their stays.

Under the umbrella banner “Alchemy of Sleep,” the retreats, which vary by property, offer guidance with nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, using classes, treatments, and consultations with sleep experts.

The offerings range from a one-night Dreamscape to a Sleep Transformation for two to five nights.

Each guest will receive sleep boxes that include aromatherapy linen mists, essential oil blends, silk eye masks, and different tea blends.

Among the properties that will offer the sleep program, which runs through the end of March, are Las Ventanas al Paraiso, Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands, Rosewood London, Rosewood Miramar Beach, and Rosemont Sand Hill.
