The United States lowered its travel advisory for Austria and Germany, as European nations continue to reopen their economies.

The Department of State, in an updated advisory, lowered the two countries from Level 3, “Reconsider Travel,” to Level 2, “Exercise Increased Caution.”

The department also lowered advisories for Armenia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Serbia.

“The Covid-19 situation in Austria is improving, and most restrictions have been lifted across the country,” the U.S. Embassy in Vienna said on its website.  “Restaurants, bars, hotels, museums and other venues are all open.”
