Rosewood Hotels and Resorts announced plans for a new property in Mexico City in 2024. The Rosewood Mexico City will be the hotelier’s 20th location in the Americas.

The new hotel will be located in a tower as part of the expansion of Antara, a mixed-use development that also includes offices, luxury retail outlets, and restaurants that is located in the city’s Polanco district. The property will have 133 guestrooms, including 35 suites.

The hotel will also have two pools, a fitness center, and spa with eight treatment rooms and hydrotherapy areas. The property will offer four dining options, one of which will be a poolside bar and grill.

Finally, when it opens, the new hotel will have 13,670 square feet (1,270 square meters) of meeting and event space.
