Porter Airlines announced it would further delay its restart date to June 21. The airline has rescheduled its restart date several times amidst the coronavirus pandemic-induced decline in travel over the past year.

The carrier had previously said it would restart operations on March 19.

The Toronto-based airline first suspended all flights on March 21.

Porter Airlines is a regional carrier in Canada based at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. The carrier mainly serves Canadian cities, although it offers flights to Boston, Chicago Midway, Myrtle Beach, Newark, and Washington, D.C.
