JetBlue Airways received 270 slots for its planned flights to and from London Heathrow Airport.

The news was revealed in the updated report for the summer of 2021 promulgated by Airport Coordination Limit, the entity that coordinates landing slots for Heathrow.

JetBlue , which will use Terminal 2 at Heathrow, will use 180 slots for its flights to and from New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and 90 are for service to Boston’s Logan Airport.

The first slots received by the airline are for the week of August 2, 2021.

The airline wouldn’t directly comment on the news, but said that it “can’t wait to launch transatlantic service later this year,” adding that it loves “all the enthusiasm and speculation for where JetBlue will touch down.”
