Alaska Airlines Makes Two Executive Appointments

Alaska Airlines announced two executive appointments on Thursday.

The carrier appointed Sandy Stelling to the position of vice president of strategy, analytics and transformation, and Brett Catlin to the position of vice president of network and alliances.

“Sandy has proven she can tackle any program and make it successful, or find unique solutions to tricky problems,” said Ben Minicucci, the airline’s president.

Ms. Stelling, who has been with the airline for over 21 years, most recently served as managing director of strategy and transformation. She joined Alaska in 1999 as an information technology project manager.

“Brett’s… immense knowledge of network strategies and alliance partnerships will help us set the best course for our company in the years ahead,” said Andrew Harrison, the airline’s chief commercial office

Mr. Caitlin joined Alaska in 2017 and has served asmanaging director of capacity planning and alliance planning since April 2019.
