T-Mobile Debuts TVision Television Streaming Service
T-Mobile announced plans to launch TVision, a new television streaming service, in early November.
Pricing undercuts the competition. The entry-level package is the $10 Vibe skinny bundle that includes a variety of entertainment channels but does not include news.
TVision Live is available for $40 to $60 per month. TVision Live TV includes over 30 channels including sports and news for $40 per month, while TVision Live TV+ adds ten more channels for $50 per month and TVision Live Zone, which includes pro sports networks, costs $60 per month.
In addition, T-Mobile also has a à la carte version with TVision Channels that offers channels such as Starz and Showtime starting at $5.99 per month per channel.
The channels are all available via a TVision app available from the Apple App Store that works on the iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. It is also available via the Google Play store for Android-powered devices and for Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, and Google TV.
Finally the company is offering an HDMI streaming device, the TVision Hub, which runs Android TV, for $50.
