T-Mobile Appoints New CFO

T-Mobile USA announced the appointment of  Peter Osvaldik to the position of chief financial officer.

Mr. Osvaldik is currently the company’s senior vice president for finance and its chief accounting officer.

The appointment is effective July 1, 2020.

The company’s current CFO, Braxton Carter, will retire that day after 19 years with the company. He will remain a strategic advisor to the company through at least the end of the year.

The new CFO joined T-Mobile in January 2016 as vice president for external reporting and was promoted to his current position in June 2016.  Prior to joining T-Mobile, he held similar positions at Outerwall, Coinstar, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
