United Express Carrier ExpressJet Names New V.P. of Flight Operations
United Express carrier ExpressJet Airlines announced the appointment of Scott Hall to the position of vice president of flight operations.
Captain Hall, who will replace Greg Wooley, who is retiring, joined the airline in 2005. He most recently served as managing director of the airline’s Operations Support Center and, prior to that, held the position of system chief pilot. He also led the launch of the airline’s Embraer E175 program.
Prior to joining ExpressJet, he flew for Northwest Airlink and Pan Am Express.
Captain Hall “embodies the spirit of United Airlines’ core4 principles: safe, caring, dependable and efficient,” said Subodh Karnik, the airline’s CEO, in commenting on the appointment.
