Austrian Airlines announced that it will begin new daily service between Vienna and Montreal on April 29, 2019.

The Austrian flag carrier will operate the flights daily through the summer and then five times per week afterwards. The new service will replace the airline’s current Vienna-Toronto flights. That route will be taken over by the airline’s Star Alliance partner, Air Canada.

The carrier will operate the service using Boeing 767 aircraft, equipped with 26 seats in business in a 1-2-1 configuration. Each seat is 21” wide and extends into a fully lie-flat bed.

The aircraft also has 18 recliner seats in its premium-economy cabin. Each seat is 19” wide and has between 33” to 35” of seat pitch. There are 167 seats in coach.
