First InterContinental Hotel in Pacific Northwest to Open in Bellevue

IMG_1349InterContinental Hotels Group announced plans for the first InterContinental hotel in the Pacific Northwest, the InterContinental Bellevue at the Avenue.

The new property will be located in Avenue Bellevue, a two-tower, mixed-use development in downtown Bellevue, Washington.

The 252-key property will occupy the first ten floors of the 26-story south tower of the development. The remainder of the tower as well as a second tower will be comprised of luxury residences.

Dining options for guests will include two bars and a restaurant as well as a restaurant from well-known Chef Joshua Skenes that will be part of the Avenue Bellevue development.

The hotel will offer 14,250 square feet (1,324 square meters) of meeting space including two ballrooms. Other amenities will include a spa, a fitness center, and a business center.
