IMG_8721American Express announced new access policies for its Centurion Lounges.

Platinum cardholders will only be able to enter the lounge within a three-hour window prior to their flights’ original scheduled departure time. Passengers making a connecting journey will still be able to enter the lounge.

In addition, Platinum cardholders will no longer be able to use the lounge as an arrivals lounge at their destination.

The changes go into affect on March 22, 2019. The changes do not affect access for Centurion cardholders.

Another change is that children two years of age or younger will no longer count as guests provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
