Aeromexico Introduces New Seasonal Menus
Aeromexico announced on Monday the debut of new seasonal menus.
The new menus will be offered both in the Premier and coach cabins on flights to Cancun, Chihuahua, Hermosillo, Mexicali, Monterrey, Tijuana, and Torreón in Mexico as well as on flights to Canada, Latin America, the United States, and in the coach cabin on flights to Europe.
The airline is adding a sweet option to the breakfast service, as well as stone oven-baked bread for all meals. The pasta option will be prepared using artisan handmade pasta, and meat, fish, and poultry dishes will be cooked sous-vide to take advantage of the intensified flavor that this process offers.
On flights to Europe, Clase Premier menus will continue to be designed by chef Elena Reygadas, on flights to Tokyo by chef Edo Kobayashi, on flights to Shanghai by Edmund Wong Man Ho, and on flights to Seoul by Vivian Oh, Jeagal Soung Il, and PM Kor An.
The new menus went into effect at the end of last year.
