Hilton Introduces New ‘Motto’ Brand of Hotels

Hilton announced the debut of a new hotel brand, Motto by Hilton. The hotelier says that Motto is an “affordable lifestyle brand.”

Motto by Hilton hotels will open in key cities across the globe. The first will open in Marylebone, London, in 2020 and will be followed by ones in Boston, Dublin, Lima, Savannah, and Washington, D.C.

The hotels will emphasize sleep providing a premium mattress, a sleep kit with eye masks, essential oils, and vitamin bars, a white-noise app, and blackout window shades. Hotels will be constructed using sound-absorbing materials as well.

In addition, the rooms will be small, averaging 163 square feet (14 square meters), and include a variety of space-saving features including wall-beds, loft beds, and furniture that can be stowed when not in use.

Guests will be able to split payments at the time of booking and can request connecting rooms in advance.
