Marriott International’s Ritz-Carlton unit announced the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, the hotelier’s entry into the luxury cruising industry.

The first voyages will take place in 2020, with a variety of destinations planned. Ritz-Carlton is promising its on-board guests a combination of “culture, adventure, or the chance to go off the beaten path.”

The yacht measures 623 feet (190 meters) in length and can accommodate as many as 298 passengers. It features 149 suites, each with a private terrace. The cost of a voyage will be all inclusive allowing for accommodations, onboard activities, dining, beverages, entertainment, onboard gratuities, Wi-Fi, and watersports from the yacht’s marina.

“From the yacht’s design, to programming onboard and ashore, every aspect of the voyage has been carefully created to embody the signature service and casual luxury of a Ritz-Carlton resort,” said Lisa Holladay, the hotelier’s global brand leader.
