Hilton Debuts New Curio Collection Hotel in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico

Hilton Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of a Curio Collection property in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The Fives Downtown Hotel and Residences, Curio Collection by Hilton is the first of the brand’s properties in the country.

The hotel has 93 guestrooms, as well as over 900 square feet (93 square meters) of meeting and event space. A 24-hour fitness center is also located on the premises.

Dining options include El Tigre, which features tapas and over 100 different tequilas and mezcals; Mercatto, an Italian restaurant; and Marley’s Coffee, which offers various teas, coffees, and pastries.

The property also has a rooftop pool with cabanas that overlook the Caribbean Sea.

In celebration of the hotel’s opening, Hilton is offering 5,000 bonus Honors points for stays between January 1 and June 30, 2018.
