Delta Air Lines announced new in-flight dining menus for Delta One passengers traveling flights between Los Angeles and both New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and Washington Reagan National Airport will be offered effective December 1.

The new menus features items created by the carrier’s new Los Angeles-based chef partners John Shook and Vinny Dotolo. Delta said that the new dishes are inspired by many of the chefs’ well-known Los Angeles restaurants, such as Animal, Son of a Gun, and Jon and Vinny’s.

Passengers will choose from dishes such as confit Portobello mushroom carpaccio with arugula pesto, almonds and pecorino for appetizers, and marinara braised meatballs with bianco DiNapoli tomato, garlic bread, and whipped ricotta for main dishes.

Dessert items include dishes such as strawberry Tamai Farms bread pudding.
