DSC_1526Brussels Airlines announced it will enhance its partnership with Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium by acquiring some of its assets.

The list of assets include 160 crewmembers, two Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium aircraft, and several airport slots.

The agreement was first announced in March, although the Belgian Competition Authority only approved it this week.

Brussels Airlines is now officially allowed to request the transfer of Thoomas Cook’s airport slots, with a planned timeline for it to begin using the slots set for October.
