Charlestowne Hotels announced that it will open four new boutique hotels over the next two years. The hospitality company will debut properties in Nashville, Tennessee; Bristol, Virginia; Atlanta, Georgia; and Ashville, North Carolina.

The Fairlane Hotel, located in downtown Nashville, will open this fall, and will have 82 guestrooms. The hotel will be housed in a former mid-century bank building that has retained its original modernist architecture. It will have a restaurant and bar, a lobby café, and two rooftop penthouses.

Slated to open this winter, the 94-room Hotel Clermont will be located in the Poncey Highlands section of midtown Atlanta. The hotel will have a French-American restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop garden bar.

The Bristol Hotel, located in downtown Bristol, Virginia, will open next spring in the Executive Plaza building, and will have 65 guestrooms. The eight-story building, the tallest in the city, was originally designed as a hotel in the 1920s but always served as an office building

Also set to open next spring, the Foundry Hotel will have 92 guestrooms and will be located in Asheville, North Carolina. The hotel will be comprised of three historic buildings in the city.

In addition to the four new properties, Charlestowne Hotels recently debuted the Collector Luxury Inn and Gardens in St. Augustine, Florida on March 1. That property offers guests a free mixology course as well as complimentary bicycles.
