Alaska Airlines to Link Dallas Love Field with Seattle, Portland, San Diego, San Jose

IMG_8937 (2)Alaska Airlines announced that it plans to launch new service from Dallas Love Field to four destinations on the West Coast. The carrier will begin twice-daily flights to Seattle and daily service to Portland, Oregon on August 27. In addition, it will begin daily flights to San Diego and San Jose, California on February 16, 2018.

Flights to Seattle will depart Dallas Love Field at 10:20 a.m. and 3:38 p.m., arriving at 12:48 p.m. and 5:55 p.m. Return flights are scheduled to depart at 9:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and arrive at 3:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. The carrier will operate the flights using both A320 and Embraer E175 aircraft.

Flights from Portland to Dallas will depart at 6 a.m. and arrive at 11:45 a.m. From Dallas to Portland, flights are scheduled to depart at 10:35 a.m. and arrive at 12:40 p.m. through October 27, at which point flight times will change to departure at 7:28 p.m. and arrive at 9:32 p.m. Alaska will operate the new route using Embraer E175 aircraft.

The carrier’s Dallas-San Diego route will see flights departing Dallas at 8:39 p.m. and arriving in San Diego at 9:54 p.m. From San Diego, flights will depart at 7:45 a.m. and arrive back in Dallas at 12:45 p.m.

Flights from Dallas to San Jose will depart at 1:25 p.m. and arrive at 3:15 p.m., with return flights scheduled to depart at 2:40 p.m. and arrive at 7:59 p.m. The carrier will operate both new routes to California using Embraer E175 aircraft.
