GETTING THERE

Seattle Tacoma International Airport, known as Sea-Tac, is located 12 miles (19 kilometers) south of downtown Seattle, and the 30-minute light rail ride from the airport to downtown makes it seem even closer.

Last year the airport, the largest in the Pacific Northwest, served over 45 million passengers. It is home to Alaska Airlines, a hub for Delta Air Lines, and is served by all major U.S. carriers as well as over a dozen international airlines..

The airport offers live music throughout the facilities. Since 2013, local musicians have had a venue for presenting their talents to travelers and around the holidays, Sea-Tac adds an additional 30 entertainers on site.

BOTTOM LINE

Seattle is a city steeped in the culture and lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest. From its lush evergreen forests, to its eclectic offerings of art and experiences, to the Space Needle that epitomizes it all, Seattle is very much a place worth visiting.
