Omni Frisco Hotel to Open in Texas

Omni Hotels and Resorts announced that it will open a new hotel in Frisco, Texas next summer. The Omni Frisco Hotel will be part of the Star development, which includes the headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys football team and the Ford Center, a 12,000-seat venue that is the practice and training facility for the Cowboys.

The 16-story property will have 300 guestrooms, and design elements will subtly capture the Dallas Cowboys’ legacy, Omni said.

The hotel will have 24,000 square feet (2,229 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 13,000-square-foot (1,207-square-meter) ballroom.

Guests will be able to dine at the property’s wine and coffee bar, as well as a rooftop pool deck which will feature several fire pits, cabanas, and a bar and grill.
