WestJet to Begin Non-Stop Flights to Halifax From Vancouver, Winnipeg

WestJet announced the launch of new non-stop seasonal service to Halifax from Vancouver. Additionally, the carrier will begin non-stop service to Halifax from Winnipeg on July 2.

WestJet will become the only Canadian carrier to offer non-stop flights to Halifax from Vancouver and Winnipeg.

Flights from Vancouver will depart at 9 p.m. and arrive in Halifax at 6:34 a.m. the next day. From Halifax, flights are scheduled to depart at 7:25 a.m. and arrive in Vancouver at 9:46 a.m.

Winnipeg-Halifax flights will depart Winnipeg at 12:30 a.m. and arrive at 6 a.m. Flights from Halifax to Winnipeg will depart at 9:30 p.m. and arrive at 11:26 p.m.

Both routes will be offered four times a week. WestJet will operate its Vancouver-Halifax service through September 3, and its Winnipeg-Halifax service through September 6.
