Aloft Lima Miraflores, Aloft Lima Costa Verde to Open in Peru

Starwood Hotels and Resorts announced that it plans to open two new Aloft properties in Lima, Peru by 2018. Located in the Miraflores district of Lima, the Aloft Lima Miraflores and Aloft Lima Costa Verde will be the first of the brand’s hotels to be located in Peru.

The Aloft Lima Miraflores will be situated in the center of Miraflores, as part of a multi-use development that will also include shops and dining options. The property will have 160 guestrooms.

The 164-room oceanfront Aloft Lima Costa Verde will be located on the boardwalk of Miraflores. The hotel will have over 5,000 square feet (464 square meters) of meeting and event space.

Both properties will have the brand’s signature W XYZ Bar, as well as grab-and-go food options. Both will also have a fitness center and pool.
