Dallas Fort Worth Debuts First-Ever Apple Watch App for Airport

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport announced the launch of an Apple Watch App for passengers.
The app, launched in concert with an updated smartphone app, provides flight information and notifications. It supports multiple languages including Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.
DFW says this is the first Apple Watch app to be offered by an airport in the United States.
The smartphone app includes terminal maps, personalized flight information, and news and weather information and alerts. It also includes what the airport calls its “Wayfinding” technology that directs travelers to airport restaurants, shops, and services.
