Virgin America to Begin San Francisco-Denver Flights

IMGP3739Virgin America announced that it plans to launch new service between San Francisco and Denver on March 15 of the coming year. The airline will offer three daily flights between the two cities.

Flights are scheduled to depart Denver International Airport at 7 a.m. (every day except for Sundays), 12:30 p.m., and 6 p.m., arriving at San Francisco International Airport at 8:50 a.m., 2:20 p.m., and 7:50 p.m., respectively. From San Francisco, flights will depart at 8:15 a.m., 1:45 p.m., and 6 p.m. (the latter except for Saturdays), and will arrive in Denver at 11:45 a.m., 5:15 p.m., and 9:30 p.m.

Virgin will operate the route using Airbus A320 aircraft. The planes are equipped with eight seats in first class, 12 seats in Main Cabin Extra, the airline’s premium economy lite section, and 126 seats in economy.  First-class seats have a pitch of 55” and a width of 21”.

Earlier this month, the airline began new service between San Francisco and Honolulu, Hawaii.
