Hotel Granduca Austin Opens in Texas

Granduca Hotels, a boutique hotel company, announced the opening of a new property in Austin, Texas. The Hotel Granduca Austin is the company’s second property after the Hotel Granduca Houston, which opened in 2007.

The property is situated on 38 acres (15 hectares) of land on a hillside, and offers 194 guestrooms, ranging in size from 480 square feet (44 square meters) to 1,350 square feet (125 square meters). Granduca Hotels says that the rooms are designed to evoke the ambiance of a private Tuscan villa.

Approximately 1,700 pieces of European artwork are featured throughout the hotel. The hotel also has a billiard room, fitness center, sauna and massage rooms, and a pool with private cabanas.

The hotel’s Visconti Ristorante and Bar offers Northern Italian dining, and guests can take advantage of 24-hour room service.

The property also has 6,650 square feet (617 square meters) of meeting and event space, including six conference rooms and a ballroom that can accommodate up to 230 guests.
