Taipei Marriott Hotel Opens in Taiwan

Marriott announced the opening of the Taipei Marriott hotel in Taiwan. The property is located approximately ten minutes from Songshan International Airport.

The hotel has 320 guestrooms and suites, ranging in size from 430 to 860 square feet (39 to 79 square meters). Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and rain showers.

Guests can choose from a variety of dining options at the hotel, including the Garden Kitchen, which offers all-day dining and Western dishes; Mark’s Teppanyaki, where guests can enjoy live cooking stations; and the Lobby Lounge, which serves small dishes. In addition, Inge’s, which will be open for lunch and dinner, and Dining Place, which will offer Chinese food, are slated to open this December.

The property has 32,300 square feet (3,000 square meters) of meeting and event space, which can be separated into 13 different meeting spaces. A 24-hour fitness center and a spa are also located on the premises, as is a rooftop pool.
