Air China to Launch Flights Between Beijing and Hakodate, Japan

DSC_0254 3Air China announced it will begin new service between Beijing and Hakodate, Japan on July 3.  The carrier will operate the service twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, using Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Flights will depart Beijing at 12:10 p.m. and arrive in Hakodate at 4:35 p.m.  From Hakodate, flights will depart at 5:45 p.m. and arrive in Beijing at 8:45 p.m.

Air China’s 737-800s are configured with two cabins, equipped with either 8 seats in first class and 159 seats in economy, or 12 seats in first class and 147 in economy.  Seats in first class are 21” wide, with a pitch of 38” to 40”.

The route will be Air China’s 9th between mainland China and Japan.
