New DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Opens in Park City, Utah
Hilton announced the opening of a new hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton Park City – the Yarrow, in Utah. The property was formerly the Yarrow Resort Hotel and Conference Center, and underwent a multi-million dollar renovation to become a Hilton hotel.
All of the property’s 182 guestrooms have flat screen HD TVs and minifridges. Wi-Fi Internet is complimentary and available throughout the hotel. Custom artwork is used to decorate the property, including a mural in the lobby.
A year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, as well as a 24-hour fitness center are provided on the premises. In addition, the hotel has a 24-hour business center, and a new game room is scheduled to open later this year.
Guests can dine at Roots Grill, which features fireside seating, floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the mountain scenery and a seasonally-changing menu. The hotel’s Vertical Lounge bar offers beers, wines, cocktails, coffees, and teas, as well as access to the Roots Grill menu.
The property provides 11,837 square feet (1,099 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 5,100-square-foot (473-square-meter) ballroom that can accommodate up to 700 guests.
In celebration of the hotel’s opening, Hilton is offering members of its HHonors loyalty program 1,000 bonus points per night through September 29, 2015.
