Southwest Launches Houston-Aruba, Baltimore-San Jose, Costa Rica Routes
Southwest Airlines announced the launch of two new international routes. The carrier now offers seasonal service between Houston and Aruba, as well as daily service between Baltimore and San Jose, Costa Rica.
Service between Houston and Aruba will operate once a week through August 8. Flights will depart Houston Hobby Airport every Saturday at 10:50 a.m., and arrive at Queen Beatrix International Airport in Aruba at 4:00 p.m. From Aruba, flights will depart at 12:20 p.m., also on Saturdays, and arrive in Houston at 4:20 p.m.
The route is the first international service to be offered from Houston Hobby.
From Baltimore/Washington International Airport, flights depart at 8:40 a.m. and arrive in San Jose, Costa Rica, at the Juan Santamaria International Airport at 11:45 a.m. Flights from San Jose to Baltimore depart at 12:40 p.m. and arrive at 7:35 p.m.
