Hilton announced the opening of a new DoubleTree by Hilton property in Heyuan, located in the Guangdong province of Southeastern China.  According to the hotelier, the DoubleTree by Hilton Heyuan is the first major hotel brand property to open in the city.

The hotel has 427 guestrooms, each with 42” LCD TVs.  The property also has an indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center.

A 24-hour business center is also located on the premises, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel’s public areas.  In addition, the property has over 43,593 square feet (4,050 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom and 18 separate meeting rooms.

The hotel has various dining options, including Yue, which features Cantonese and Hakka cuisine, Open Restaurant, which has international dishes and interactive chef stations, sand Nodu, which offers various takes on Chinese street foods.  In addition, the hotel’s T-Lounge offers tea and light snacks.

The DounbleTree by Hilton Heyuan is located 2.7 miles (4.5 kilometers) from Heyuan Railway Station, and is in close proximity to a variety of attractions including Wanly Lake Reservoir and Sujiawei Hakka Village Tourism Zone.
