Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar to Open in Nassau

Hyatt announced it will open a new property, the Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar, in Nassau, the Bahamas, in spring of next year.  The hotel will be part of the Baha Mar resort, a complex that will also include three additional luxury hotels.

The new property will offer 700 rooms, including 85 private residences.  Dining venues will include a full service restaurant specializing in seafood, as well as a jazz-themed terrace lobby lounge.

The Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar will also house an outdoor pool and bar, as well as provide approximately 20,000 square feet (1,858 square meters) of meeting and event space.

In addition, Grand Club members will be given access to the hotel’s Grand Club, which will offer concierge services, upgraded continental breakfast options, evening hors d’oeuvres, and shower facilities.
